HI, I'M INGRIDA

​I guide people through somatic journeys that help them reconnect with their bodies and achieve lasting balance.

…My journey began when severe insomnia turned my life upside down for a decade. So, I deeply understand the suffering of what feels like an endless struggle. This challenging experience led me to dive deeply into somatic therapy, which transformed my life and helped me heal.

I’ve spent years exploring how the nervous and endocrine systems interact, integrating Body-Mind Centering methods, Authentic Movement Discipline, somatic psychology, and Polyvagal Theory exercises into daily life. My aim is to use these techniques to support both myself and others in finding balance and well-being.

I’ve created this program to offer you tried and tested methods for achieving hormonal balance, drawing on my personal experience and expertise. I’m here to support you in embracing a holistic approach to health, so you can thrive and feel your best.
