Connection

Welcome to EmbodiFi, where parents and children embark on a transformative online journey. The goal of EmbodiFi is to enable parents and their children to experience a safe, unique and compassionate connection, strengthening the connection with the body and inner experience.

Foster inner growth, and navigate challenges with EmbodiFi plans for children, teens and families. Embrace a holistic approach to well-being, together.

Why EmbodiFi?

Quick Start

In most cases, you can book your first appointment within a week. Also, if you’re on a traditional child psychotherapy or other therapy waitlist, EmbodiFi plans offer a beneficial way to learn useful skills while you wait.

Flexible and accessible

Online therapy provides accessibility to individuals regardless of their living location. Avoiding the cost of commuting and reducing time consumption can ease the burden on families in need of support. Holiday travel or vacation doesn’t mean a week or two without a session. Online therapy gives you quick and easy access to support that might not have been readily available otherwise, as long as you have a reliable internet connection.

Personalized

Every family's circumstances are different, so I adapt the therapy based on them. Family goals, time and budget are very important to us when developing a therapy plan.

Convenient and affordable

Since you and your kids will be attending therapy sessions online in the comfort of your own home, you can often schedule your therapy sessions for times that are the most convenient for you. Also, I have fewer overhead costs such as renting office space, thus we can offer affordable therapy options.

Engaging format

I integrate Somatic therapy and technology to create an exciting and safe space for kids and teens to explore their inner experience.

How to get started

1. Free intro call

Free of charge 20 min intro video call is a perfect opportunity for busy and curious parents. Ask your questions and share your thoughts or concerns! If you’re a bit nervous or don’t know where to begin, I will help you come up with questions to address, offer and discuss ideas or specific recommendations.

2. Next steps

I may refer you to one of EmbodiFi plans or I’ll identify resources that better fit your needs.

3. Book a plan

If you decide to try recommended EmbodiFi plan, you will be able to choose a cycle of 5 or 10 sessions and purchase a plan. To plan ahead, I suggest you choose the same day and time each week and reserve your spot.

4. Make Progress

Get to know your body, sensations, emotions, create new habits. I’ll track the progress along the way.
